Kim Lyle is the founder and principal of The Commercial Group, a commercial real estate brokerage serving Georgia and South Carolina. She built the firm on a single conviction: that commercial real estate is fundamentally a business of integrity — and that clients deserve a brokerage where every transaction, every recommendation, and every relationship is grounded in it. Over the course of her career, Kim led the largest commercial sales volume in the South Georgia market for four consecutive years, including more than $359 million in industrial transactions closed in 2022 — work completed prior to founding The Commercial Group. Her practice spans investment sales, leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and land and development advisory across office, retail, industrial, land, and multifamily assets. She represents buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and tenants, with particular depth in institutional industrial portfolios, retail repositioning, adaptive-reuse projects, and multifamily site dispositions. She founded The Commercial Group to deliver institutional-caliber brokerage, marketing, and advisory services — combining rigorous market analysis and disciplined execution with the integrity, transparency, and direct principal-level attention that define every engagement.
